- Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered to your designated address in the United States, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Eligibility for Returns To safeguard the pristine structural condition and secure the resale standards of our fine art and home decor goods, all wall art items must satisfy the following comprehensive criteria to be authorized for a return processing run:
- The artwork must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unhung, unmounted, and unaltered.
- The item must display zero signs of wear, frame scratches, canvas smudges, corner dents, fingerprint oil stains, or exposure to environmental moisture.
- All original component materials, hanging hardware kits, protective corner guards, and attached product tags must be returned intact.
- The product must be returned secure in its original factory packaging box and wrapped in its protective bubble cushioning to prevent transit puncturing or frame warping.
- You must provide a valid digital receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, custom-sized or personalized text inscriptions, clearance artwork, and any framed pieces that have been modified or drilled.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a formal email return application and receiving written approval will be rejected.

- Step 2: If your return application is approved, we will issue an official return shipping label via email, alongside specific instructions on how and where to safely route your package.
- Step 3: Pack the items securely inside its original factory shipping container with sufficient protective edge reinforcements to avoid crushing during transit, and attach the provided return label.
- Return Shipping Fee and Restocking Fee
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the wall art arrives with severe manufacturing flaws (such as pixelated printing, misaligned canvas stretching, or cracked frames) or was damaged by the carrier during transit, we will fully cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased an incorrect size format for your wall layout, picked a color palette that conflicts with your interior decor, or simply changed your mind, we will cover the return shipping cost to guarantee an absolute premium, risk-free buying experience for our United States customers.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.

- Exchanges The fastest way to secure the exact size, framing style, or design palette you desire is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is formally accepted, make a separate purchase for the new wall art configuration.
